A social network is a social structure made up of individuals (or organizations) called “nodes,” which are tied (connected) by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as friendship, kinship, common interest, financial exchange, dislike, sexual relationships, or relationships of beliefs, knowledge or prestige. We use them as a platform of connectivity on the internet be it on your smart phone or on your computer.
We use this social networks to be in the loop with our friends and family. Updating our statuses, posting pictures and quotes are by all means if necessary. But the people are the problem in this social network problems… Instead of connecting people, this so called social networks are also known to be used in expressing one’s frustrations and depression, even some have caused more harm than good for ill activities such as stalking, cyber-bullying, attention seeking, cheap publicity and etc.
Some of these social networks were even categorized and judged as how people use them. I admit and swear that this is one of the reason why I was impractically outcasted by my family just because of a f*cking Drama Queen B*tch on facebook posted some stupid statement which she neglected to see the impact that it might have on others.
So, this is my impression of these social network that I’m on but yeah whatever… I still love em. ;)
